Feeling overwhelmed?

It´s that time of year again, where the bliss from the Christmas Holiday has subsided, new year resolutions are long forgotten and it´s back to everyday life. Starting a new year can be stressful, but we will help you through it. 

Best of You is delighted to invite you to a workshop with Rebecca O'Brien, a Certified Stress Management & Relaxation Therapist, to help you stay centred in the midst of the everyday chaos.

Rebecca will help you relieve the pressures and overwhelming thoughts and refocus your mind on joy, peace and well-being. She will guide you through deep relaxation exercises, talk about the effects that stress has on your body and how to manage it, by helping you understand you own cognitive behaviour.

Why not set aside some time in your busy calendars to come and regain focus? 

Practical information

The workshop will be held in English. Dress warm and comfortably as we will be sitting on a yoga mat during the workshop. Some yummy smoothies, healthy snacks and tea will be served after.
